Direct-to-Film are popular methods that involve custom designs printed using inkjet technology to apply specially formulated water-based ink a film which is then heat pressed or ironed to a fabric. Our machines can print in full color using CMYK.
Direct-to-Film is an excellent choice for those with a small budget since there are no minimum order requirements.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
To keep your Direct-to-Film (DTF) printed garments looking their best, please follow these simple care instructions. Proper washing and drying will help preserve print quality, color, and fabric longevity.
WASHING
Turn inside out: Protects the print from friction during washing.
Use cold water: Hot water can weaken the adhesive and cause cracking or peeling.
Select a gentle cycle: A delicate or gentle setting helps minimize wear on the design.
Use mild detergent: Choose a gentle, liquid detergent and avoid bleach or harsh chemicals.
Skip fabric softener: Fabric softeners can affect the print’s adhesive over time.
Wash less frequently: Over washing and overloading can increase friction between garments.
DRYING
Air dry only: Hang or lay garments flat to dry.
Avoid direct sunlight: Prolonged exposure can cause colors to fade.
Do not tumble dry: High heat may damage the print and adhesive.
IRONING
Iron inside out: If ironing is needed, turn the garment inside out or place a thin cloth over the print.
Use low heat: Set your iron to low or medium and avoid direct contact with the design.
STORING
Store in a cool, dry place: Keep away from direct sunlight and humidity.
Fold loosely: Avoid sharp creases or pressure on the printed area.
